Mobile Tire Shop, LLC - Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (“Customer” or “You”) and Mobile Tire Shop, LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Mobile Tire Shop,” “We,” or “Us”), with a principal address at 654 Utica Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

5. Delivery

• Mobile Tire Shop provides delivery services based on the location of the customer. Delivery times vary and are estimated based on the selected option. All delivery dates are subject to change.

6. Installation

• Installation services are subject to availability. The customer must ensure that the vehicle is in a location accessible for installation, and Mobile Tire Shop is not liable for any damage caused due to inaccessibility or obstruction.

7. Vehicle Inspection Disclaimer

• You agree to allow Mobile Tire Shop to inspect the vehicle if necessary for tire installation or other services. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues found during the inspection.

8. Communications

• By using our services, you consent to receive communications from Mobile Tire Shop, including order confirmations, promotional offers, and service updates via email, SMS, or phone.

9. Promotions

• Promotions are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet any requirements specified for promotional offers.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on the Mobile Tire Shop website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Mobile Tire Shop and are protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Indemnification

• Products and services are subject to Mobile Tire Shop’s return and refund policies. If you are dissatisfied with a product or service, you may contact us within the return window to request a refund or exchange.

15. Limitation of Liability

• Mobile Tire Shop’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services provided. We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.

21. Waivers and Amendments

• No waiver of any breach of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

22. Intended Use

• The products and services provided by Mobile Tire Shop are intended solely for use in connection with the maintenance and operation of vehicles. Any other use is prohibited.
