Returns for Refund or Exchange

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Only unused tires and/or wheels that have not been mounted on a rim or vehicle qualify for a return.

Tires must be returned in their original condition, including manufacturer stickers when possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If the return is due to an error by Mobile Tire Shop (such as receiving the wrong tires), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please keep the tires in their original condition and packaging and contact us immediately. A full refund or exchange will be issued at no additional cost to you.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims

All tires are sold with any applicable manufacturer warranty extended to the purchaser.

We can assist you in filing a manufacturer warranty claim, but Mobile Tire Shop does not offer any warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for shipping tires back for inspection as part of a manufacturer warranty claim.

All claims are inspected on a case-by-case basis by the manufacturer. A refund is not guaranteed unless the manufacturer approves the claim.
Some manufacturers offer a tread life warranty or mileage rating, but not all tires come with this coverage. Warranty details vary by brand and tire model.
