Mobile Tire Shop offers nationwide shipping within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after processing.

Mobile Installation Areas: If you are in our service area, you may select mobile installation at checkout.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed. Delivery timeframes may vary based on location, shipping carrier delays, and weather conditions.
Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for certain locations and “Shipping Only” zip codes (displayed at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Deliveries require a physical address and may require a signature upon arrival.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a damaged, lost, or incorrect order, please contact us immediately at info@mobiletireshop.com or call 888-802-8473.

Damaged Items: Do not mount or use damaged tires. Keep the original packaging and labels, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong tires, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Shipments: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your carrier and notify us within 3 business days.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. Mobile Tire Shop is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
