Warranty Policy
At Mobile Tire Shop we understand that unexpected road hazards can impact the performance and safety of your tires. That's why we offer a comprehensive Road Hazard Warranty to provide our customers with peace of mind. Please review the following policy details.
1. Coverage Period
- Our Road Hazard Warranty is valid for 2 year from the date of purchase.
2. Covered Events
- The warranty covers tire damage resulting from eligible road hazards, including but not limited to potholes, nails, glass, and other debris encountered during normal driving conditions.
3. Types of Covered Damage
- Covered damage includes repair or replacement of the tire in the event of punctures, cuts, impact damage, bruising, and tread separation caused by eligible road hazards.
4. Inspection and Assessment
- To initiate a claim, customers must bring the damaged tire to a authorized tire shop for inspection. Our trained technicians will assess the damage and determine if it qualifies for coverage under the Road Hazard Warranty.
5. Repair and Replacement
- If the tire damage is repairable, we will perform the necessary repairs up to $25 for the customer. If the damage requires replacement, a comparable tire within the 1st year of purchase will be provided within the 2nd year Mobile Tire Shop will cover 50% of the tire cost, and the customer will only be responsible for the cost difference and the labor to install the tire if any.
6. Exclusions
- The Road Hazard Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, vandalism, improper tire maintenance, off-road use, or any non-road hazard incidents. It also does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear.
7. Tire Maintenance Requirements
- To maintain the warranty's validity, customers are advised to follow and document proper tire maintenance and practices, including regular tire rotations, proper inflation, and routine inspections.
8. Claim Process
- Customers must contact Mobile Tire Shop to initiate a Road Hazard Warranty claim. A service appointment will be scheduled, and customers should bring the damaged tire, along with the original purchase receipt, for inspection.
9. Limitations
- The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Only tires purchased from Mobile Tire Shop are eligible for coverage under this warranty.
10. Customer Responsibilities
- It is the customer's responsibility to promptly address and report any eligible tire damage, adhere to recommended tire maintenance practices, and follow the claim process outlined in this policy.
